Hourly Rate

£60 per hour

Booking and Payment

Sessions are booked half-termly in advance or as arranged personally.

Invoices will be made in arrears and sent six times per year in the week following the end of that half of term. Invoice dates for the current academic year 2023/24 are as follows: 27th Oct, 22nd Dec, 9th Feb, 22nd Mar, 24th May, 19th July and again at the end of the Summer Holidays if tuition takes place during that period.

If a specific block of sessions is arranged then invoices will be made for an agreed time period.

Any sessions occurring during the holidays, with the exception of the Summer Holidays, will be included in the following invoice.

 

Cancellations

Term-time Cancellations - One weeks’ notice required

Holiday Cancellations - Two weeks' notice required

Cancellation of Further Tuition - Two weeks' notice required

In the event of unforeseen circumstances of any kind, when you are unable to give the notice requested above, I will endeavour to rearrange with you another time that week or reallocate sessions missed to another client.  However, when neither solution is possible, the cancelled session/s will be payable in full.

 

Personal Illness

If, due to personal illness, I am unable to carry out the work arranged I will let you know as soon as possible.  I will do whatever I can to find a suitable alternative time for the session/s missed or will refer a substitute tutor if required, whenever possible.
